Wrecking Balm Tattoo Removal

Wrecking Balm tattoo removal is probably the most common at-home, do-it-yourself options of tattoo removal today. There are several other companies who make home tattoo removal creams but none is more widely known about than Wrecking Balm.

It's possible that their brand strength is due to their superior marketing skills. Maybe their product has been on the market the longest? Perhaps they really do have the best product.

The companies product is actually called Doc Wilson's WreckingBalm® No.3 for tattoo removal. They claim that it is a unique and very effective tattoo fading system. They like to say, "If you can reach it, you can fade it".

The beauty of Wrecking Balm tattoo removal is that you can use it in the privacy of your own home without appointments, prescriptions, goggles to protect you from the powerful lasers, harsh skin burning, dry needling, surgery, or gigantic bills.

Doc Wilson claims that Wrecking Balm works by breaking down the skin cells that are holding the tattoo ink. After the cells are broken down, the body's natural ability to heal itself takes over and replaces the old "ink filled" cells with new, clean and "healthy" cells.

It took Doc Wilson two and a half years, two laboratories, and a team of specialists to invent the formula for Wrecking Balm. The Wrecking Balm tattoo removal process consists of three steps that you do for about three minutes every other day.

Their tattoo fading process combines three technologies and two types of exfoliation and ink removal methods. The fist thing you do is to use a safe mechanical hand held gadget that gently removes the upper skin cell layer. This layer is called the Epidermis.

Next you apply the Wrecking Balm tattoo removal cream that seeps into the second layer of skin called the dermis. This cream breaks up the cells that are holding the ink and the body excretes the old cells. The human body completely replaces old skin cells with new skin cells every four to six weeks.

This skin cell regrowing process is the reason that the ink filled cells are forced to the surface and the tattoo fades.

It can take several months for the tattoo to be completely removed. With each skin cell regrowth cycle, a little bit of the ink is removed until all of the ink is gone.

How much does Wrecking Balm Cost?

Tattoo removal prices can be very expensive. Wrecking Balm Tattoo Removal cream can be much less expensive than the high priced alternative of Laser tattoo surgery.

You can buy Wrecking Balm in various sizes of packages.

You can buy a 24 application kit for $149.99 or 72 application kit for $249.99. The first option costs you $6.25 per application and the second option only costs $3.47 per application. There is quite a cost savings by purchasing the larger kit. Since you use it every other day, the 72 application kit will last for 147 days or 4.8 months.

Track Your Progress

It's a good idea to keep a record of your tattoo fading journey.  I recommend taking a photo of the tattoo that your are working on fading in the beginning and then once a week for the entire time that you use the product.  The fading process can be slow.  This photo record will give you something to refer to so that you can see the progress you are making in fading the tattoo.

Make sure that you take the picture of the tattoo under the same lighting each time so the photos are all exposed the same.
